I will be out of state on the date of this meeting . I live in the one story, single family
subdivision right next to the proposed building project to be discussed .
I am opposed to apartments being built in that area. I am not opposed to townhouse- style
condominiums that blend with the existing neighborhood.
If townhouse-style units are to be built, they should be for sale, and not for rent only .
If they are for rent only, they should have the strictest HOA regulations as possible .
If townhomes are to be built, they should have a color scheme that matches the existing
neighborhood and be embellished tastefully, and fully landscaped before the builder
leaves the project.
Sorry I cannot be there to speak to the issue in person.
