TO
ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
OF
WASHINGTON FEDERAL, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
1. The former name of the Association is Washington Federal, National Association.
2. The First Article of the Articles of Association of the Association is amended to read in its
entirety as follows:
"Name. The title of the Association shall be:
Washington Federal Bank, National Association"
3. This amendment was adopted by a consent in the form of a record executed by the sole
shareholder of the Association in accordance with the Ninth Article of the Articles of Association
and the Association's Bylaw Section 1.10 "Action by Written Consent."
