Project Narrative:
The proposed project is roughly a 2,435 SF new single story branch bank with a two-lane drive-through
for drive-up teller and ATM services.The drive-through service has a five car stacking per lane and is
provided with a by-pass lane.The property is situated along the N Ten Mile Road and just South of W
Pine Avenue.The proposed branch and drive-through can be accessed from W Treva Ln along the south
of the property, connecting to N Ten Mile Road. As per the cross-access easement,through access is
provided for the adjacent property to the North.
Please see the plans, elevations and rendered perspectives provided in this submittal. The construction
classification proposed is Type V-B. Exterior finishes consist of exterior insulation finishing systems
(EIFS) and aluminum siding at the entry and drive-through canopy fascia. Stone veneer cladding
wainscot wraps around the building and pre-finished aluminum canopies are to be installed over the
main entry and storefront windows. Signage shown includes two building signs (over the main entry and
south elevation) and a pylon sign at the south-east corner of the property. Signage will be submitted
under a separate permit.
The surrounding site is proposed to have new landscaping, sidewalks, curbs and lighting. A CMU trash
enclosure is also proposed at the south-west side of the parcel.The site is provided with 18 parking
stalls; including one accessible van stall and a bike rack by the building entrance.
