I will be out of state on the date of this meeting . I live in the one story, single family
subdivision right next to the proposed building project to be discussed .
I am opposed to apartments being built in that area. I am not opposed to townhouse- style
condominiums that blend with the existing neighborhood .
If townhouse-style units are to be built, they should be for sale, and not for rent only.
If they are for rent only, they should have the strictest HOA regulations as possible .
If townhomes are to be built, they should have a color scheme that matches the existing
neighborhood and be embellished tastefully, and fully landscaped before the builder
leaves the project.
Sorry I cannot be there to speak to the issue in person .
