RE: Time Extension for the Final Plat of Briar Ridge Subdivision No 1
Dear Meridian Planning & Zoning Staff:
On behalf of Trilogy Idaho, please accept this request for a one-year time
extension for Briar Ridge Subdivision. Preliminary plat for Briar Ridge
Subdivision was originally approved on September 14, 2021, and will expire on
September 27, 2023.
The Developer and his engineer have experienced major delays in getting permits
from ITD to bring the sewer to the site. We are working with Meridian City
engineer to help resolve ITD’s issues. We are hoping to resolve the improvement
issues soon. The developer completed the gravity irrigation system on the site.
There has been a great amount of rock removal from the site in preparation for the
approvals to be granted from ITD. There is no way we will be ready for recording
this year. So, we are seeking a one-year time extension to September 27, 2025.
