Ordinance No. 24-2061: An Ordinance (Kilgore H-2023-0063) for rezone of a parcel of land located in a portion of Lot 1, Block 1 of Niday’s Second Addition, according to the official plat thereof, filed in Plats at page 594, Ada County records, situate in the northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” rezoning 0.34 acres of land from the R-4 (Medium Low-Density Residential) zoning district to the O-T (Old Town) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all applicable official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date.
