In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11 -5A-6, I
personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on 10,04,2024
which is at least ten ( 10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing for Conditional Use Permit
applications £or the H-2024-0045 and H-2024-0046
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this affidavit. The
