Dear City Council Members,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the
proposed development of Blayden and its potential impact on our community.
One of my primary concerns is the increase in traffic that this development is likely to
generate. This surge in traffic will not only affect the immediate area but also surrounding
communities. The safety of our children, particularly those who are expected to cross the
road to Pleasant View, is a significant issue that cannot be overlooked. I fear that the
increased vehicle flow will put them at greater risk, creating a hazardous environment for
families in our community.
Moreover, the proposed development may result in hardships not only for the surrounding
neighborhoods but also for the City of Meridian as a whole. The strain on our infrastructure,
public services, and overall quality of life could outweigh any potential benefits from this
development.
I urge the City Council to carefully consider these concerns and the long-term implications of
the Blayden development on our community's safety and well-being.
