To Whom It May Concern:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has reviewed your request for Vacation of
Easement for the above-mentioned project. Upon review, NMID has determined there is no
District owned or operated facilities or easement within this area. Therefore, we will have no
further comment on this request.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water
be available to all developments within NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-
3805.
