A parcel of land located in the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 16, Township
3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,
Boise Meridian; thence North 2102.92 feet along the East boundary line of said Section 16
to the INITIAL POINT; thence
West 347.9 feet; thence
North 454.7 feet; thence
East 347.9 feet; thence
South 454.7 feet along the East boundary line of the aforesaid Section 16, which is the
centerline of Black Cat Road, to the INITIAL POINT.
LESS AND EXCEPTING any portion of Parcel No. 20 condemned in Judgment on
Declaration of Taking recorded November 27, 1963, as Instrument No. 570841.
