To whom it may concern:
I am writing to oppose the project of 100’s of apartments and retail on Black Cat and
Chinden.
As I stated earlier in another objection on another project, at what point are we stopping? Is
the goal to fill every square inch of former farm space with homes, apartments or retail
space? Enough is enough. Some of the retails locations on Chinden as you approach Linder
are already struggling…when does this stop???
What this valley needs moving forward are new candidates that will slow growth, not
recklessly rubber stamp it at every turn. Slowing growth candidates would win in a landslide.
Please reconsider!!
