To Whom it May Concern,
We are writing to voice our concern over the proposed Blayden subdivision on Black Cat and Chinden due to pedestrian
and traffic safety issues. Currently, we live off Lichfield Ave in the Bainbridge neighborhood and have already seen a
significant traffic increase on our street alone as it is the shortest way to avoid some traffic between 10 mile and Black
Cat via tree Farm Tree and Lost Rapids. We are opposed to the formation of any high traffic development that will cause
a greater strain and safety concerns on the current infrastructure of Black Cat and it’s surrounding communities.
