We are Jeff and Sherry Haines and we live in the Bainbridge subdivision.
Our home is located close to Black Cat and Vanderbilt intersection
near where the Blayden development is proposed to be built.
We strongly oppose the Blayden development for the following reasons.
Black Cat Road cannot handle any increased traffic as it is already heavily travelled.
Intersections on Black Cat Road are already backing up because of the increase in traffic.
Large developments like the Blayden apartments complex should not be approved until
after roads and other safety features can handle the increased traffic.
Children crossing Black Cat Road to attend Pleasant View Elementary school will be at
greater safety risk because of the increased traffic.
