Subject:Proposed multi family complexes in Meridian

Let it be known and recorded that I am very opposed to building apartment, condos or other townhomes near 10 Mile
and Franklin and up to Cherry Lane and down to Black Cat. There is too much traffic as it is and that many more
individual families will become too crowded for all the services and parks in the area. Potentially more crime and over
crowding in schools. Not sure if they even pay taxes for everything in the area as well.
I have lived in this area for 20 years and it has deteriorated over time. Put in another park in the area to beautify the
area for recreation but don’t allow more high density housing.
