Please do not approve more apartments for this already congested corner!
Yes there is space, but there is not enough infrastructure to support it in this area. With an abundant number of new
businesses already causing congestion when getting off the Interstate 84, this addition would cause further bottleneck
that will delay traffic worse than now. What used to take 10 min to travel East down Franklin towards Eagle Rd now
takes 25 min during rush hour. If you haven’t experienced this yet, try it! It’s bad.
The surrounding schools are not equipped to take on a huge surplus of students. The boundaries are not set up for such
a huge load. It would cause further problems!
Please consider putting in a movie theater and shopping, plus MORE entrance points off of Franklin and roundabout's in
the shopping area.
