This section of the memo looks at cumulative impacts over a broad area and provides entitlement data in areas affected by the subject application. The following information is intended as a reference, rather than a decisive tool, and serves to forecast the number of school-aged children, enrolled in both public and private schools, using city-wide census data. Based on the submitted application materials, the proposed project will contain 0 single family units and 154 multi-family units resulting in approximately 19 school-aged children.
