This email is in opposition to the proposed development Baratza Subdivision H-2024-0016 located at N. Black Cat Road
and W. McMillian Road. This development is in direct conflict with the goals of the City of Meridian, as outlined in the
comprehensive city plan of 2019. I urge the planning and zoning commission and the city council to deny this proposed
development and any request for higher density rezoning for this development.
We have too much building going on and it is ruining Meridian! Please stop this and others that crowd our small
communities.
