the laws of the State of Idaho("Grantor"),does hereby grant,bargain, sell,--and convey unto the City"
of Meridian,a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State-of Idaho,-whose current
address is 33 E.-Broadway Avenue,Meridian, Idaho("Grantee") and its successors and assigns "
forever,the following described premises,in Ada County,Idaho,to wit:

To have-and to hold the said premises,together with all buildings, structures,
in�iprovements,fixtures, and appurtenances thereto, and any and all estate,right,title,interest,
appurtenances,tenements,hereditaments,reversions,remainders, easements.-rents,issues,profits,
