This email is in opposition to the proposed development, Baratza Subdivision H-2024-0016 located at N.
Black Cat Road and W. McMillian Road. I feel that this development proposal is in direct conflict with the goals
of the City of Meridian, as outlined in the Comprehensive City Plan of 2019. I urge the Planning & Zoning
Commission and the City Council to deny this proposed development and any request for higher density
rezoning for this development.
This area is already a nightmare for traffic and the schools are at max capacity.
