> This email is in opposition to the proposed development, Baratza Subdivision H-2024-0016
located at N. Black Cat Road and W. McMillian Road. I feel that this development proposal
is in direct conflict with the goals of the City of Meridian, as outlined in the Comprehensive
City Plan of 2019. It will add to the already highly congested area. We have a lack of
infrastructure and need roads expanded, to elevate pressure first before more high density is
added. I urge the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council to deny this proposed
development and any request for higher density rezoning for this development.
