Dear Mr. Whitlock,
We are writing to express our opposition to the proposed Baratza Subdivision development (H-2024-0016), located at N.
Black Cat Road and W. McMillian Road. In our view, this proposal directly contradicts the goals and vision outlined in the
City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan from 2019.
We respectfully urge the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council to reject this development proposal, as
well as any requests for higher-density rezoning related to it. The current road infrastructure in the area cannot handle
the current traffic well let alone that of another big development.
