The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s)and has the following comments:
1.No direct access to the State Highway System is requestedwith this application and none is approved.
2.Due to the type and proximity of this development to SH-69, impacts to the State Highway System can be
anticipated.
a.ITDrequests a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for the proposed development. ITD encourages the applicant
to reach out with any questions regarding the TIS and potential Study Intersections.
3.-of-Way will need an approved permit prior to doing any work or
activity within the highway ROW.
4.ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
