This narrative is for the Certificate of Zoning for a multi-tenant inline retail building located on Lot 2 of
Block 1 - Inglewood Place Subdivision No.2.
We are seeking a Certificate of Zoning to proceed with the development and construction of a multi-
tenant inline retail building. The site layout for the building is set forth below, consisting of a fully
landscaped area and 43 parking spaces. The building will be approximately 5,995 Square Feet single
story. Please see the Site Plan below.
