Subject: Mixed use space-black cat

Good Afternoon,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the proposed development of the apartments and other mixed
use space on the corner of black cat and chinden.

That intersection as well as the intersection of black cat and McMillan are extremely over crowded. The
intersection of black cat and McMillan, during rush hour, can be backed up into the roundabout at the oaks
subdivision.
Putting that development there will also most likely turn rustic oak into a more major road, which runs right
through the oaks north community and where a lot of our children play due to both of our community pools
and parks being along that road.
Please vote no on that measure.
