Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Me-
ridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,October 15,2024
at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2024-0019 Centrepoint Apartments: Modify the exist-
ing Development Agreement (DA)(Inst. #2022-079000) for
the purpose of updating the concept plan, building elevations
and certain DA provisions to increase the number of dwelling
units from 215 to 295,a Conditional Use Permit to construct a
295-multi-family unit affordable apartment complex consisting
of five(5)four-story structures and two(2)Alternative Compli-
ance requests to deviate for the parking lot landscaping and
multi-family common open space design standards set forth in
UDC 11-313-8C and 11-4-3-27C,located at 3030 N.Cajun Lane
and 3100 N. Centrepoint Way, near the southwest corner of
