Legal Description for
Apex Phenomenal Subdivision
A parcel of land situated in a portion of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31,Township 3
North, Range 1 East, B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a 5/8-inch rebar marking the South 1/4 corner of said Section 31, which bears
N89°42'21"W a distance of 2,640.00 feet from an aluminum cap marking the southeast corner of said
Section 31,thence following the westerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, N00'15'50"E a
distance of 78.32 feet to a 5/8-rebar on the northerly right-of-way line of E. Lake Hazel Rd.;
Thence following said northerly right-of-way line the following two (2) courses:
1. N73°44'20"E a distance of 19.85 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
2. S89°43'08"E a distance of 87.00 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar and being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence leaving said northerly right-of-way line and following the subdivision boundary of Apex
Northwest Subdivision No.4 the following three (3) courses:
1. N00°16'52"E a distance of 529.50 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
2. N45°17'16"E a distance of 23.34 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
3. S89°42'21"E a distance of 555.45 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the subdivision boundary of Apex
Northwest Subdivision No. 3;
Thence leaving said subdivision boundary of Apex Northwest Subdivision No.4 and following said
subdivision boundary of Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 3, S89°42'21"E a distance of 644.04 feet to a
5/8-inch rebar on the subdivision boundary of Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 1;
Thence leaving said subdivision boundary of Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 3 and following said
subdivision boundary of Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 1 the following three (3) courses:
1. S00°17'26"W a distance of 1.50 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
2. S44°42'54"E a distance of 13.43 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
3. S00°16'52"W a distance of 541.52 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the said northerly right-of-way line
of E. Lake Hazel Rd.;
Thence leaving said subdivision boundary of Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 1 and following said
northerly right-of-way line the following four(4) courses:
1. N89°43'08"W a distance of 10.78 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
2. S48°48'31"W a distance of 34.69 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
3. N89°42'21"W a distance of 1,102.85 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
1. N70°45'01"W a distance of 90.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
