There is no Boise Project facilities located on the above -mentioned property, however it
does in fact possess a valid water right.
Whereas this property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District it is important
that you contact their office as soon as possible to discuss any concerns they may have
with this project.
Per Idaho Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation/drainage ditches and pressurized irrigation
lines that cross this property, to serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed
and protected by an appropriate easement by the landowner, developer and contractors.
