The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. ITD previously submitted a Condition Memo on 3/8/2021 for the Meridian 118 development.This memo
requested a proportionate share contribution for$19,977.00. Our records indicate this has not been fulfilled.
Details for this contribution can be found on ITD's Staff Report dated 3/4/2021.
2. Please be mindful that a Traffic Impact Study(TIS) is valid for 1 year. ITD accepted the original TIS based on the
development proposal for Meridian 118. If future build out is expected to be greater than originally proposed,
ITD may request an updated TIS.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
