Final Plat Application
Dear Ms.Allen:
On behalf of Hubble Homes,LLC.,we are pleased to submit the attached application and required supplements
for the final plat of Prescott Ridge Subdivision No. 5. The Prescott Ridge Subdivision preliminary plat was
approved under file number H-2020-0047. A development agreement for the residential portion was
subsequently entered into and recorded under instrument number 2021-132713.
The final plat for the fifth phase encompasses approximately 4.68 acres of the overall site and includes 46
buildable residential lots and 3 common lots for a total of 49 lots.The average buildable lot size is 2,513 square
feet.The gross density for this phase is approximately 9.83 dwelling units an acre, whereas the net density is
approximately 10.87 dwelling units an acre.
The final plat for Prescott Ridge Subdivision No. 5 is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and
meets all required conditions.The final plat conforms with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and was
prepared with acceptable engineering,architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
