Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Prescott
Ridge Subdivision No. 5 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical report, "Geotechnical Recommendations Report Prescott Ridge Subdivision
Chinden and McDermott-Meridian, Idaho", prepared by Site Consulting, LLC and dated August 10,2021,was
used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
