Becky,
I met with about 30 of the Woodbridge homeowners last night including several on !-lOA board. There was
unanimous support for our pending application and they agreed to have someone from their board speak for the
association at the 11-2 public hearing. Garold Maxfield also spoke about the possibility of future development of
an Assisted Living facility on the pearcey property we have under contract and comment on this proposed
project was also favorable.
We are driving up to Baker City Friday with the owners of Benchmark Construction as I would like for them to
personally meet John, Margaret and Tom Hanley. Please let me know if there is anything you might need to have
us check out when we are in Baker.
