Architectural Character:
The Touchmark Offices Buildings use a modern contemporary design that compliments the existing
commercial buildings in the surrounding area. The buildings will be constructed with durable and low
maintenance materials to ensure the building's long-term appeal. Doors, windows, awnings, and stone
accents were carefully designed to provide an enduring architectural aesthetic appeal. We use a variety
of siding styles to complement the buildings scale, mass, and form. The buildings facades use undulating
features in the face of the building as well as the roof line to express architectural character. Color
variation in the facade's walls and window frames add to the buildings appeal.
Our buildings use undulating surfaces, varying colors, and building heights to break up the monolithic
views from the adjoining properties. Pedestrian scale is achieved by the awning features, material
changes and landscaping at the building entrances. In addition to the variation in material styles, colors
and undulations in building facade, our buildings incorporate lots of glass glazing surfaces.

Parking Lots:
We planned for as much parking as possible to serve the buildings and to keep parking as easily
accessible to the buildings as possible.
Pedestrian walkways and facilities:
The Touchmark Center Subdivision has interconnected sidewalks throughout the subdivision, well
defined pedestrian street crossings. Our development preserves or connects to the existing pedestrian
features as best as possible.
