STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks are to be constructed to standards as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be detennined by
the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. Proposed plat is in conformance with the City of Meridian Zoning & Subdivision
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
3. Development will connect to City services.
4. Proposed plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat.
5. Proposed plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying
practices and local standards.
6. Street names do not conflict with City grid system.
7. All items noted on the final plat checklist have been completed.

1-30. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those
requirements as they apply to this phase of development, with the following
modifications:
4. The 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on Victory Road abutting the site will
meander in and out oflandscape lot instead of being located 2-feet within the
new right-of-wav ofVictorv Road.
17. All local public streets will have 4-foot wide sidewalks instead of 5-foot wide
sidewalks.

I. Land Use Change Application has been filed with the Nampa Meridian
Irrigation District.
