Dimensions will be detennined by the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width. 2. Well site has been provided at Lot 2, Block I as requested by Engineering Department. 2. Existing well and septic system within this phase of the project will be removed. 3. N/A AeOD recommendations 1-30. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those requirements as they apply to this phase of development, with the following modifications: 4. The 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on Victory Road abutting the site will meander in and out oflandscape lot instead of being located 2-feet within the new right-of-wav ofVictorv Road. 17. All local public streets will have 4-foot wide sidewalks instead of 5-foot wide sidewalks. Nampa & Meridian Irrigation Requirements I. Land Use Change Application has been filed with the Nampa Meridian Irrigation District. Meridian Fire Department Requirements 1-9. We have designed the constructions plans to comply with all of those requirements as they apply to this phase of development. Preliminarv Plat Requirements Planning & Zoning and Engineering Requirements I & 2. New mains have been designed to extend from the existing locations to and through this proposed phase of development. 3. Fencing plan is apart of the landscaping plan. 4.
