Jim and Angie, thank you for your email and for taking the time to share your historical perspective. As
you may recall the City Council is prohibited from commenting on the application while not on the
public record. That said I appreciate you taking the time to let all of us know what you see as a neighbor.
In addition I wanted to also let you know that despite our desire, council is unable to to seek out
information/visit the site unless it’s the entire council and we notice it as a meeting. This is an incredibly
frustrating part of the law as I wish there was a mechanism for the Council to whiteness what you are
experiencing.
Thanks again for reaching out.
Best,
Luke

Hello Luke,
You asked about violations.
Dew thought Was is a violation.
However, there are no teeth or metrics in smell or dust to result in a violation.
Thanks
A roadmap to closure is what is needed, without excuses.

Hello Councilman Strader,
1
Angie and I wanted to thank you for your direct and insightful ‘common sense’ line of questioning at last night’s CC
meeting.
We were involved with the Timbercreek issue (we are immediately south) and appreciated your comments and your
questions to get to the heart of the matter. We noticed your logic and experience even before the Timbercreek issue on
topic immediately before Timbercreek on the agenda.
We are thankful to have a very sound voice of reason on the Council.
Thanks again!
