Council Member Strader,
Thank you so much for your sincere interest in the issues regarding the Timber Creek Recycling center and the
surrounding neighbors! It seems like our concerns are finally being heard and that steps might be taken
to move the facility to a more appropriate location. We are particularly thankful that you pointedly asked Mr.
Murgoitio to admit that TCR is accepting WAS, concrete, asphalt, etc. That is the first time that we have seen
anyone be so direct with him and hold him accountable in any way.
We know that we are a long way from being done with this issue, but last night brought back some hope that
we might not have to live with TCR as a neighbor indefinitely. We just wanted to thank you for your
dedication to looking out for the people of our community, your ability to focus on the real issues and your
courage to ask the right questions.
