I wanted to reach out and let you know that ITD has been in contact with Pivot North regarding CUP H-2024-0028.We
are working together to fulfill the applicant's requirements as set forth in our transmittal response.To provide
clarification on the transmittal response, ITD is requesting a traffic memo from an engineering firm to show potential
impacts to SH-55 through the development's traffic distribution and daily trip generation numbers.
