Hi, Sonya. I hope all is well.
Can you update me on the In-And-Out petition to Planning & Zoning? Have they officially
filed a petition to trigger the permit process?
Our 573-member HOA voted last week 80% to oppose that location for In-And-Out, with 12%
indifferent and 8% supportive of In-And-Out. There’s been significant discussion among the
surrounding neighborhood HOAs that reflect similar opposition.
