Boise-Meridian, Ada County, Idaho more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, T.2N.,
R.1E., B.M., from which the 1/4 corner common to said Sections 5 and 6 bears, North
