BASIS OF BEARING for this description is S. 89°41'00"W., between a brass cap marking the
southeast corner of Section 5 and an aluminum cap marking the 1/4 corner common to Sections 5 and
8, both in Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
A parcel of land located in a portion of the SE1/4 of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a brass cap marking the southeast corner of said Section 5;
Thence North 0045'37' West, coincident with the easterly boundary of said Section 5 and the centerline
of S. Eagle Road, 87.23 feet to the extension of the southerly top of bank of the Rawson Canal and the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary and said centerline and coincident with said southerly top of
