HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ - RE-Zone Narrative Revised Re-Zone Narra?ve Calvary Chapel Meridian is seeking City of Meridian approval to have our property re-zoned from Light Industrial (I-L) to Commercial (CC). We intend to develop the property on the Eastside, 2 outbuildings which will house 8 classrooms that will expand our church ministries as a whole. Originally, we had started out with 4 outbuildings in our future planning, but made more sense to make them longer so it turned out to be 2 larger buildings instead of 4 smaller buildings. This process is currently ongoing as we have been in discussion with our Architect. On the Westside will be a future site for an actual school building. So that we may expand in the future. We have already had our pre-applica?on (PREAPP-2024- 0062) finalized. We now are currently opera?ng under a CUP under light industrial zoning. When our property was developed, we had to comply with all commercial zoning as per the terms of our CUP.
