PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,October 3,2024 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,
33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the follow-
ing request(s):
H-2024-0010The Gateway at 10 Mile:Conditional Use Per-
mit for 390 multi-family units in the R-40 zoning district and a
Preliminary Plat consisting of 31 buildable lots and 3 common
lots on 38.99 acres of land zoned C-G and R-40, located at
NE corner of W. Franklin and N.Ten Mile Rd.Applicant: KM
Engineering, LLP.
H-2023-0070 Rolling Hill:Annexation of 6.90 acres of land
from the R-1 zone in Ada County to the C-C(Community Busi-
ness District)zone to develop two(2)vertically integrated resi-
dential structures featuring 90 dwelling units and 20,134 sq.ft.
of commercial space and a Conditional Use Permit to develop
