Brandon's response is correct, ACHD does not need an updated TIS for the Jamestown Ranch
project. Kara Leigh Troyer attend the pre-application meeting and would not have been aware of
the prior TIS.

Thank you for your work with CRE on the coordination for our upcoming project. I wanted to alert you that
Kendra (ACHD—last name unknown) stated in our March 26 City of Meridian Pre-application meeting

that a TIS update is required. This is in conflict with your email to CRE below. Can you please clarify for us
if all departments at ACHD are aligned in the statement below?

The net residential lot increase appears to be-40 DU.As such,ACHD will not be requiring a TIS update with the revised
site plan.A quick glance of the proposed site plan shows some internal roadways and intersection items that may be
addressed by Planning Review at the time of development application review.

We've been retained to prepare a TIS update for this project. Attached is the original TIS and the revised
site plan.
Can we assume the same study area roadways and intersections? We'll recollect traffic counts.
