Subject: Please help residents of Bearcreek!
Please ask the developer of the subdivision proposed to connect roadways into Bearcreek
subdivision to connect to Meridian Road instead. I have no problem with people making money from
real estate but impacting us without financial reimbursement to all homeowners is not fair. Bearcreek
will have to bear the burden of his homes without any help.
Please do not approve this request. Their are other alternatives than to burden Bear Creek
homeowners.
Please contact me if I can help with this effort in any way.
