Dear Resident,
Prior to the submittal of a Conditional Use Permit Application, Meridian City Code requires a meeting
between the applicant and neighbors within 500 feet of the subject property.
This is your notice to meet and review the proposed Foothills Veterinary Clinic at 4759 N Summit Way.
This is not a public hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the Meridian City Planning and Zoning Department, (208) 884-
5533.
Purpose: Review proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Application Site Plan and Building
Concept
When: Thursday, August 8th,2024, from 6-7 pm MDT

Project Description:
This project is located at 4759 N Summit Way, Meridian, ID 83646 (parcel R1333210170 ). The
proposed project consists of a .249-acre site and a single building of 4,450 square feet. Foothills will be
a neighborhood veterinary clinic offering standard pet care, operating under general business
operation hours, and will not provide any pet boarding services.
Please note: To track attendance and certify that a meeting was held, a sign-in sheet will be managed
by Biltmore Company at this meeting. As part of the meeting, the applicant will ask for each
attendant's contact information to be included on the sign-in sheet. The applicant will submit the sign-
in sheet with their application.
