Subject: Shepard's creek Development
Dear Mayor and Council,
I am a resident of Bear Creek subdivision. I would like to voice my opposition to the Shepard's
Creek Development that will be literally sandwiched in between Bear Creek and Meridian road.
My reasons for the opposition are purely selfish. Not for reasons of property value or anything
material, but for the fact that I have a 2 year old daughter. I believe the increased traffic poses a
very real safety risk to her, the other 5 children in the houses on either side of mine and for the
others in the subdivision.
I don't believe the progress is worth this and a better plan to outlet the traffic on streets that are not
so heavily residential.
I will remember how my voice was heard when it is time for re-election.
