We live at 245 W. Cub St. We are not able to attend the final public hearing on October, 24 2006 and felt it was important for us to share our opinion in regards to the proposed collector road. We are both strongly against Kodiak becoming a collector road not only for safety issues but for noise, traffic i'lnrl property value. Our house backs up to Llte proposed development for Shepherd's Creek and this road. We are not against the development of Shepherd's Creek. We moved here from Denver, Colorado and have seen the effects rapid growth and development have on communities. We really enjoy living in Meridian, especially the Bear Creek subdivision, and would hate for this proposed collector road to ruin the community that has been established in Bear Creek. We hope you will take our opinion into consideration and think about what you would want for the community you live in. Please keep our subdivision the safe and quiet neighborhood it is. Thank you for your time and consideration. Melisa and Chad Whipple 1
