Subject:Timberline Industrial Site expansion near Pinnacle Development in Meridian
External Sender - Please use caution with links or attachments.
To Whom It May Concern:
We are deeply opposed to the Timberline Industrial Expansion! We have strong concerns
about the impact of processing hazardous materials on the soil, air, and water in this area. We
have schools, parks, and many homes within 1 mile of this location! We are experiencing
extreme odors from chemicals being used, and high traffic of heavy trucks/equipment on our
local roads. As there will be future phases of Pinnacle, homes will be even closer to this
polluting business!
Timbercreek is currently operating under a "conditional use permit," but violating its
terms. We would ideally like to see Timbercreek shut down entirely, but at a minimum, be
denied increased permits/uses. Would YOU personally like a business nearby which pollutes
the neighborhood with potential cancer-causing emissions? If not, don't due it to
others. Follow the Golden Rule and VOTE NO!
Thank you for your consideration...
