Project Description Multi-family development consisting of 549 residential units
Applicant J-U-B Engineers
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. Due to the size and proximity of the development, impacts to the State Highway System can be anticipated.
This project will gain access to the State Highway System at the I-84 & Ten Mile interchange.
2. ITD requests a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) reflecting the full build-out of this development. The TIS should
include an analysis of the impact this development may have on the Ten Mile Rd. & I-84 Interchange.
a. Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the TIS shall be the responsibility of the
applicant to install.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
