Project Description Multi-family development consisting of 549 residential units Applicant J-U-B Engineers The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments: 1. Due to the size and proximity of the development, impacts to the State Highway System can be anticipated. This project will gain access to the State Highway System at the I-84 & Ten Mile interchange. 2. ITD requests a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) reflecting the full build-out of this development. The TIS should include an analysis of the impact this development may have on the Ten Mile Rd. & I-84 Interchange. a. Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the TIS shall be the responsibility of the applicant to install. 3.
