I, Bill Thornton, Brighton Homes, LLC, 12601 W. Explorer Drive #200, Boise,
ill 83713, being duly sworn, upon oath, depose and say:
I did personally post the subject property on the 13th day of October, 2006 with
the hearing signs. This is in compliance with the ten (10) day posting as required by the
City of Meridian for public hearings. Signs were posted for V acation/V ariance of
Irrigation Easement and Setback, Lot 16, Block 12, Paramount Subdivision #7 and
referenced by V AC-06-Q 12.
