Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above referenced application for
Miscellaneous application to amend the previously approved DA (AZ 03-025) by removing a
provision requiring all future development to be subject to a site specific CUP or pun for the
entire property for Blue Marlin as it is out of our district.
